705's...and back?
With all the movement right now and the great opportunities for pilots to slide into seats quickly at the airline level, has anyone made the jump to the airlines and realized it wasn't for them and went back to their old job?

Re: 705's...and back?
I worked with one recently. Great guy, family man, hated seeing his wife/ kids on skype instead of in person. You know it wasn't an easy decision, but ultimately only he can say if it was the correct one. Respect.

I work with at least 2 pilots who have done that. Main reasons are family/quality of life. Be home more. Not necessarily work less, but at least be home more.
As an AvCanada discussion grows longer:
-the probability of 'entitlement' being mentioned, approaches 1
-one will be accused of using bad airmanship

I've seen a few leave over the years. Mostly due to commuting hassles (airlines only base you in the largest most expensive cites) as well as schedules that are only getting worse so time at home is limited.

I know of one who moved back to 703. Move was for much the same reasons as above.
There are some real gems of operators out there in the 703 world.
