cover letter and resume

Post by AirCanuck » Sat Sep 29, 2018 9:29 am

would anyone be willing to send me an example of their resume/cover letter? I haven't had to write one since I was 19, and I suspect there are sizable differences between my application to Tim Hortons and to WJ or AC.

cheers all!

Had PilotCareerCenter do mine a couple months ago. Cost $140. Got a job. Must have been worth it.

Depending on where you are located, you may have access to an employment office. I was able to sit down with mine to comb over my resume, cover letter and even LinkedIn profile, all free of charge.

They aren't aviation resume specialist but they should be able to get you going.

I'll give you a hand. PM sent. I had xsbank give me his advice in overhauling my resume, so I would be happy to pass on the favour.

Many thanks! I’ll check it out shortly - I write the SARON tomorrow and then I’m into SAMRA prep for next Tuesday. After that I start preparing my resume...

Resume had nothing to do with it, it was the envelopes of cash under the resume.

Cost of doing business.

AirCanuck, What sort of job are you looking for? have you narrowed down which company(ies) you’d like to apply at?
