Certain Cultures have certain traits (positive or negative). It's interesting to see these traits remain despite an individual having spent a long time in a different culture.
I'm not South Asian so hopefully I'm not overstepping my boundary here but...
inferring South Asians are delusional (don't backpeddle, that's exactly what you're inferring) is just plain wrong. I've run into delusional characters of all sorts of races.
Hopefully I'm wrong and you're not being prejudice.
I was wondering when this would come up.
I've previously stated that the poster was extremely naive - sadly a common trait in S Asia.
That's a simple statement of fact.
As for Prejudice/Racism - some of the worst examples of this I have ever seen is how people treat each other in some S Asian countries. Openly Racist people are even running some of these countries.

Always fly a stable approach - it's the only stability you'll find in this business
Yes, but Eric you've actually lived and worked extensively in S. Asia, so of course you have to hear criticism from folks who've never done the same...

I’m still waiting for my white male privilege membership card. Must have gotten lost in the mail.
Spreading love to the above commenters. I log back into into avcan once a week and see some interesting comments. But after this reply I’m logging back off and going back to enjoying life. Aviation can have its ups and downs but I enjoyed it every step of the way from maintenance, to flight dispatching, to flight instructing, to flying 704, to now 705 jet.
All the best in your journey. Feel free to DM me if you’re starting out and need guidance!
Nothing wrong with a regional career if it checks all your personal boxes, especially at the Jazz, but I was under the impression it isn't what it used to be and the wawcon that made a lot of guys happy up to retirement isn't there anymore. I could be wrong though, never worked there.
Out of curiosity, aren't you that guy with several accounts who was trying to charge for "guidance", which is something any one of us happily do for aspiring pilots over a coffee or beer instead? Interesting.

He is.
And I suspect many will even buy for those truly looking to learn.
