ALPA/ Canjet Management "agreement"

Can anyone shed some light on the supposed agreement recently reachedbetween Alpa and Canjet management? I assume it ensures that any Charter flying will be staffed first by furloughed Canjet drivers?

Also, because Jazz is ALPA, they struck a deal to give all furloughed Canjet pilots a guaranteed interview at Jazz. Good for them, poo poo for the rest of us trying to get on. Tis the business I guess.
