Jetsgo launches Web check-in service

Jetsgo Corp. has introduced Web check-in for passengers, who can print out their own boarding pass to get seated on the company's aircraft.
The Montreal-based discount airline said customers without any luggage to check can proceed directly to security at airports and show their boarding pass, skipping the initial counter lineup.
Michel Leblanc, president and chief executive officer at the privately owned airline, said he expects Jetsgo's Web check-in will be popular on its Toronto-Montreal route.
Air Canada recently began offering Web check-in on its Toronto-Ottawa-Montreal flights. Jetsgo, which ran a slimmed-down summer schedule of 16 flights a weekday on its Toronto-Montreal route, said it will boost that service to 22 flights a weekday, effective Sept. 7.

LoL, I've seen people get turned back from the security checks to check their "carry-on."Blastor wrote: The Montreal-based discount airline said customers without any luggage to check can proceed directly to security at airports and show their boarding pass, skipping the initial counter lineup.
