Fleet Increase???
Maybe jetsgos fleet increase is whats fueling the hiring at Georgian, but I don't think georgian has any plans for a fleet increase.

Direct entry Captains havn't happened at Georgian in about 6 years, the average f o at georgian has about 2000 hours on type and about 4000 total, so I cant see any direct entry caps for many years to come.

And as far as I know they already interviewed the 30 guys or gals but were not planning to hire anywhere near that number

Cheers

Rumors are that more Airplanes will be coming in YYZ.

Also new ground school scheduled for April.

Georgian has hired about 26 pilots in the past 3 months or so, and more to come.

Mostly for the 1900, Fo position, and a few for the van.

As was said above, there are lots of FOs qualified to be upgraded. So the captains will come from the house.

Jetsgo, has his contribution to it, but that is the way the industry works!!

KAG, is your roomy home sick for the warm breeze of the bullets whizzing by? This city has turned(or is turning) into the septic tank of life.
