Just got my update card and apparently they need 3000TT and 1000 Turbine for S/O position these days ....

That's sucks,

got to wait even longer now.

That's funny, because I was reading on Pprune that they have been advertising for SO and Fo on Climbto Fl350, and some other site.

So if they have so many applicants why are they advertising for SO, and with that Increasing their Requirements?

I haven't seen the adds, but i 'm wondering if they stipulate 3000h?

Oh well, I am still gonna try anyway.

Their ads haven't stipulated anything about 3000hrs. Their ads have the standard 1000h for cruisin for dollars, 2000h for freight division.

I am pretty sure the minimums are still 1000 hours TT. However 3000 TT with 1000 turbine seems to be the average for an interview invitation. However experience commensurate with age, meaning as older you are as more hours you need.

I have a friend who flies for them and he told me he would give a definite answer as soon as he's back in HK.
