I am wondering about jets go drivers getting re imbursed for the 30k or so they put up for a training bond? It sounds like they are hooped, unless some boiler plated contract was signed. As far as a fund for them goes, you pay your money and take your chances, people should consider themselves pretty lucky they can fork over that sort of money in the first place, if it ends up gone because of a lack of due diligence on their part, too bad.
