This is pilot shortage in the USA that they talk about. When you look at all the orders for new planes, outside of the center of the universe, I am still convinced it is a different story. There are hundreds of new deliveries, hundreds of pilots reaching retirement. Again, if we acknowledge that planet earth is more than Canada and the USA, and look around the world, traffic growth is impressive.
