Falcon 10 vs. Lear 35

Can anyone offer up some help on these 2 aircraft. Looking for comparisons based on operational experience for cargo. One better over the other? "Hangar queens?" Looking to do about 1200 - 1500 s.m. for range with about 1200 lbs cargo.

The Falcon has 2 exits in the cockpit. The Lear 1 you have to get a mod done on the Lear. My old company had to replace the Lear with another aircraft because is was not worth the expense. The falcon also has more room and speed. I do not have the fuel burns info on me.

As of Jan 2005, domestic RVSM will becom a huge issue as well... I predict plenty of (old) small jets will be grounded since the fuel burn below FL 290 is so enormous, and the cost of upgrade will be so impractical
