Taking Wing: The Power of No

I'm sure most if not all of the pilots on here can relate to this article in one way or another. Posted on Facebook recently by a former colleague of mine. Excellent reminder of the responsibilities pilots face and how to overcome adversity in the face of a "no-go" decision. I have been in the author's shoes on more than one occasion. I figure this might prompt some discussion on individual strategies on how to deal with the pressures management can directly or indirectly impose once you have said "I'm not going." Enjoy everyone.
