Thanks brew:
Most of the guys here mean well, its just that they really have never seen how disfunctional the industry has become as more and more regulations superceed regulations until no one understands them.
On top of over regulation we have never ending policies some of which were poorly thought out.
The portability of PPC's is an excellent example of a poorly thought out policy.
On one hand TC strives to put the responsibility on the operator, yet they dictate that an operator does not have the ability to do their own profficiency check on a pilot that they are about to turn over a very expensive aircraft to..
I personally look at a PPC as just another piece of paper that confirms that a pilot met the minimum standards on a given day.
I prefer to do my own proficiency checks before I will turn over an airplane to a pilot that I do not know.

The hardest thing about flying is knowing when to say no
After over a half a century of flying no one ever died because of my decision not to fly.

Thank you Cat Driver for your comments...I really agree with you, I myself never will let a pilot fly my plane before do a couple of flights, line indoctrination etc.
But, what I really whant is your opinion (and the others) to where I should go for next step.
I'd like to thank all your inputs in this matter.
I know Alberta looks promise, but a couple of guys told me that is kind of hard to get a job if they don't know you.
I been contacted from a couple of company from Ontario, but right now is not possible (for economics reazons) to do a move to Ontario.
Anyway, I'd like to thanks all of you for the help and support.

Never ever give up --- up to a point, right?
Jobhunter,
Have you tried Thunder? The FO pay sucks, but the upgrade will prbably be reasonably short. And you can live in a decent town (unless you get stuck in XL)
Better idea: sell your PPC to that clown that wants to buy a PPC. He can get a deal: used PPC for half price. Maybe he can even get 500 hrs with it.
