Good morning,
I'm a long time reader (over 10 years) and first time poster (yes i'm shy).
I learned to fly in Canada and have to say that general aviation in Canada is something that has always fascinated me.
I'm in the finishing stages of a Master's degree and am research new ways of designing recurrent training for private pilots. I was hoping to pick some Avcanada brains about how you stay fit and on top of things as a private pilot. What are the challenges you most face as a private pilot and what do you do to prepare for them? Is a flight review every once in a while and the TC self-study exam good enough or do you do more?

Do not worry I have been told it is not very difficult, you need to study a bit but nothing terrible
