SARON -SAMRA exam book (Iatra )

A fellow pilot friend gave me his 2018 Airline Transport pilot study book that deals with the Samra and saron exams. I'm studying for the IATRA, is This a good book to study from for the IATRA?

I can see it has all the info that
The IATRA book has and more.

I used the Aerocourse ATPL book + questions on here and got a pretty good mark on the exam. IATRA is just ATPL lite

So is studying the ATPL exam preparation exam guide and questions (sharper edge solutions) too much for the IATRA or would it benefit me to pass it better?

Why study for the ATPL's when you are only writing the IATRA - which is far easier than the SARON/SAMRA?

Or get ahold of the current IATRA study and reference guide and focus your study only on IATRA subjects using standard references (TC AIM, CARs, ACWM, FGU, TPFM etc.):

Save yourself from slugging through the ATPL material until you need to.
