I don’t know about this one.....
I get the overselling par..t but delays??..I’m not so sure on this one...
Next people will be pissed off that their fares increase.. How is an unforeseen delay defined? Up to 1,000 on delays ?? Seriously?

First glance this doesn't appear to have much teeth.
No compensation for mechanical delays, so every delay is now mx.
Northern exemptions.
Only real change is compensation for over-selling. I'm guessing AC will be fighting this during the comment period.
