Does anyone have insight into why Aeroplan is impossible to contact these days? Hours and hours on the 'phone and no pick-up.

Could it be that Air Canada (and their partners) don't want to "give away" any seats with things as they are these days?

And, no, I can't book on-line for northern travel.
