Lost Documents
I have to replace all of my private pilots documents. What would be the process? Who do I contact to get copies of pilots lic., radio operators certificate? I can renew the medical once I have my Lic# and documentation.

Correct. If the answer is "him", it's whom. If the answer is "he", it's who.
Easiest way to remember is him and whom both end with the same letter.
(Also, apologies for the thread drift)

If it was an old license pre ADB it may help if you have photocopies or old versions of your license. Written exam results and flight test reports may be good to have if they ask.
