my god, sometimes I wonder if elder beginner will allways have thousands of hours late than youngers ?
this is stupid question, & comparison is not the matter........
but what do you think about age and experience in aviation ?

Lots of PC-12 and B200 PIC in there too.
As for age/experience...
Some 20 year olds are old enough to do the job and some aren't...
Some 30 years olds are old enough and some aren't... depends entirely on the person and you should never be in a rush to get ahead... take it easy, get as much experience as you can, and most of all... enjoy the ride!

When I first read the first couple I was like "I feel too old at 22"!! Good to see there is some....cant think of the word...variety (sorry brain fart)? in ages of when people started flying for a living. Some pretty amazing first jobs too! Keep them coming!
