Contrail Requirements Lowered?
Heard a rumour that the contrail requirements have been lowered. Can anyone confirm this or have a link to the website?

This completely debunks the entire business case for Contrail if true. How can so-called "SAFETY" be conditional on the availability of experienced pilots? Did something other than the cyclical point in the economy change that would magically reduce the number of hours required to captain a King Air safely?
Hmm....didn't think so. The requirements were way too high in the first place, but the timing of this kind of (granted, overdue) change is highly suspect! BUNK!!
