False this is so far only a rumor. I have asked AES about this and nothing is finalized. The King Air's they have not yet aquired.

The rumours have been circulating wildly for months and have been perpetuated by certain individuals. Those of us that are caught in the middle of everything have grown very weary of the rumours and innuendo. From what I know the deal is far from written in stone and depends on some outside factors.

The deal is dead, the postings were premature.

It's true. No, it's false. No, wait it's true! Oops, I guess it's false.

Unless someone is willing to divulge who their inside sources are or back up their claims with some concrete information (myself included) then there's probably no point in this discussion.

I worked there, Airborne, for a long time and still have lots of friends there. It is happening but not finalized yet. Like any deal it could still go south. But for any crews at Noralta that would go with the move, if that is whats happening, you are going to a very good company. I have nothing but good things to say about my time at Airborne.

Captain X etal...

Unless you are willing to identify yourselves stop screwing the the good folks at
Nor-Alta/Airborne. The deal is NOT complete yet and there are several major obstacles yet to be cleared. Alberta Health approval for one. Will it eventually be a done deal?....probably. But most agree that early new year is the most likely timeline.

Too many pilots with rumor mongering as a hobby......

What do you expect when a company posts King Air spots for which they have no airplanes for?

Negotiations have ceased. Nor-Alta will be remaining as is. The announcement was official and came from the top.
