i think YYZ - LAS is the longest it does out of yyz. They also do a few other long ones.

YYZ-PHX
YYZ-YLW
YYZ-YMM
YYZ-DEN

I heard of them doing YYZ-YYJ, but I've never seen it. Maybe it was a ferry or, repo flight. Might work with a very light jet and super close alternate.

Hi.

I think the longest routing we do is JFK-YYC.

That's a long ride for a small bird like the embraer.

We're talking about the AC 175 and 190s? They have fantastic seat pitch, no middle seat, IFE, etc? What would be painful is being stuck in the middle seat of a 737 with less leg room, no ife, between two fat people.

Try flying in cattle car class on a 757 for an 8 hour duration in seat B, and being 6'4.

Needless to say I've decided that business class is worth the money.

Just try PANC - CYYC 5+30hrs in a Metro with no autopilot or pisser. Or Springfield, Mo - CYYC 5+45 in a Metro, again with no autopilot or pisser. Now that will make a (stupid and tired) man out of you, except these were ferry flight flights with no passengers and two pilots.

The average pilot, despite the somewhat swaggering exterior, is very much capable of such feelings as love, affection, intimacy and caring.
These feelings just don't involve anyone else.

Hmmm...did a little more looking into this...

YYZ-DEN 1143 nm
YYZ-PHX 1630 nm
YYZ-YLW 1660 nm
YYZ-YMM 1427 nm
JFK-YYC 1774 nm

Seems KJKF- YYC is AC's longest route.

Interestingly, Embraer claims a range of 2400 nm for this aircraft, so I imagine there are other operators (Jetblue??) that are using this aircraft on longer routes then AC is.

When we first got the 190's they did a season worth of YYZ-SAN but when the winds started picking up in fall and they were forced to cap the flight and a few had to make technical stops they put the Airbus back on it. The mighty mighty Embraer 190 also does YOW-CUN, YYZ-HAV and YOW-MBJ.
