Can anyone give a rough distance from Langley to Tofino if flying via the West Coast trail route, thanks in advance?

Dude, Google Earth is your friend. In addition to enabling you to snoop in your neighbour's back yard, it will help you measure things - like the distance from Langley to Tofino via the WCT. At the top of the window is a small ruler; click on that, and a small window will open up allowing you to get results in different units. Seeing as we are talking aviation, although if you are going to do the WCT, the 'best' way is on foot IMHO, the distance comes out to ~ 141 NM.

Funny, I'd call the guy lazy, but really, it is more work and takes longer to post the question on avcanada then it does to open google earth or a VNC and measure it lol.
