Not sure if this is exactly the person you're looking for but the Director, Medicine at Transport Canada is identified as David Salisbury:

Just to clarify the word "Chief" is usually associated with the TC folks in Ottawa who are incharge of the overall program and that person I do not know at this time.

Each region then has another person in charge but they are not refered to as a Chief, so depending on what region or if it iit can be different and in PNR the persons name is Dr. Danforth and he is in Edmonton.

If you want to know the name of a TC medical examiner and the location anywhere in the world try this link

If not this does not answer your question, just post a reply to clarify it.

I have to weigh in and say that Dr. Danforth is one very good guy who sees his job as seeing that as many pilots as possible get into the cockpit and remain there.

He's helped more people than you'll ever know, and kudos to him.

Agreed, Dr. Danforth is great. I've dealt with him before and he was nothing but professional.

Yes, Dr Danforth...

Helpful, committed and unbureucratic in a most bureaucratic environment

Too bad they broke the mold in Pacific Region after he left for Edmonchuck.

As they say in the Monty Python skit .... "Say no more, say no more, nudge, nudge, wink, wink."

I'm sure Marty would appreciate the comedy act reference.

He's both my personal physician and CAME.

Absolutely superb guy, very capable at what he does.
