Westjet and the B757

Post by brooks »

So not to start a rumor but I heard there was a big announcement regarding airplanes with large capacity going to Hawaii. Any truth to this?

I presume those 4-5 rows will all be first class to generate enough revenue on those flights, due to the lack of remaining 150 or so passengers?? :D

I hear after this we're trading in all the NGs for '57s.

Actually Westjet is in the process of setting up a code-share agreement which would give them their their customers trans oceanic destinations when booking a trip.

No it shouldn't. This rumour seems to have legs, so I wouldn't be surprised if it has merit. Light up, some people are just having some fun with it, but I'm curious to see how this one develops.

This reminds me when some people were talking about Skyservice or Voyageur doing YTZ flying for Air Canada, and those making such suggestions were mocked around here. Let the rumours fly! Where there's smoke, there's fire (sometimes).

There is already a thread in the WJ forum. That is why he says it should be locked.

ya but it's already being discused at the other link, I heard WS is looking at Jazz to do the 757 flying since WS doesn't have any pilots capable of doing the flying themselves
