Boeing 777 at YZF

Post by Partyboy »

There's a United Airlines Boeing 777 on the tarmac at YZF. I talked to atc and apparently it was on a flight from Frankfurt to San Fransisco and lost an engine and had to make an emergency landing. Does anybody else have any insight?

I still trust a boeing over an airbus...

Just under curiosity, have you ever flown either one of those machines….and if you haven’t, then how can you make that statement??

Just a thought

Peelot:

I don't have any Boeing experience but if you want to drop by my place I'll let you study the Airbus pilot training manuals.

Both Airbus and Boeing build great aircraft.

The hardest thing about flying is knowing when to say no

After over a half a century of flying no one ever died because of my decision not to fly.
