We would like to know if there is anyone or any organization which has done a study to find out the pros and con of some SMS software. We are presently looking at the SMS Pro, Q Pulse, Q5 and Etq….maybe some others that you guys are using.
We are looking at an integrated system which will encompassed all the items defined within the scope of TC SMS from Roles and Responsibilities to Risk Analysis to Audits and follow-up….and much more.
All of them have different fees base on the number of modules and application.
Which one from your own experience and expertise has a very good costumer service, support, user friendly ( easy to used and adapt ) with a very good pricing. Any comments are welcome…..Thanks in advance.
