The annual competition evaluates a range of diversity initiatives, including programs for five major employee groups: women; members of visible minorities; persons with disabilities; aboriginal peoples; and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered/transsexual peoples.
Maybe he means if you are able-bodied, white, male, and heterosexual you aren't included.

Would you be a bad person if you pretended to be gay or bisexual in order to cash in on that initiative? Is there a cut-off point beneath which you're just "not gay enough" to count? I mean, if someone began to suspect you weren't? Would you be in trouble? What about "that one time at Mardi Gras", or maybe you're just a little too happy most of the time to be considered strictly "straight"? People discriminate against me all the time because I'm an asshole. Can I get some recognition?

It's been done before (not by me, I might
hasten to add).

The politically correct people get very upset
about other people playing their cards.

I hate to burst your bubble, but there's nothing to cash in on nor any recognition to be had.

For the record, there is a very large number of white "able-bodied," hetero sexual men at Jazz.

How do you know I'm white, able-bodied, heterosexual, or a male for that matter? I was asking if I could get some recognition because, as an asshole, I'm a minority. Or are you implying that white able-bodied male heterosexuals are all assholes? What bubble do you hate to burst? Your post requires some clarification.

I certainly don't discriminate. Plenty of tards live totally kick-ass lives. My first wife was 'tarded. She's a pilot now.

I never said you were anything.... I don't even know where to start with this post; I think I'll just end on this.

Call me old fashioned, but I can't help but think they would be better served employing the best available pilots, rather than meeting politically correct quotas.

I believe you have to be in a minority group to qualify.

This is from the french movie "Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis" where a french postal worker pretends to be handicapped in order to get priority on a much sought out mutation on the French Riviera. The Postal Service sends in a person from HR to investigate his claims to being handicapped and he almost gets the job........
