Are they this big now the Chief/Assistant CP can't keep up with this? Are they now overseeing every SOA carrier pilot records and training that is already monitered and regulated by TC?

QA is a TC mandated position. Not sure what the big deal is here? Lumping multiple jobs on a CP or DFO is not the right answer, especially when it comes to QA.
