Not trying to pick up a fight here, just an honest question:

-what is your trusted source of information on the Ukrainian crisis?

I always considered strategypage.com pretty accurate, based on the conflicts I have seen first hand. More so then BBC you quoted in the original post (flown their crews on several occasion to some conflict areas in Africa and seen something quite different then official reporting).

I don't put to much weight in official Russian propaganda and their anti-Semitic and anti-western/Nazi hysteria, but when Jewish sources and Forbes includes Akhmetov on The Riches Jew list , I start to wonder... Not care either way, don't have dog in that fight.
BTW I have good understanding in differences in Jew and Gentiles blood lines and difficult history of that part of the World.

After the breakup of the soviet union, a few dozen people became billionaires off of the fallout. All but one or two were Jewish, Akhmetov being one of them. So when people refer to a billionaire from the FSU, its natural to automatically assume they are Jewish. But when someone is writing an information piece which they are passing off as real, well informed facts, they cant make those kind of mistakes, and then base Russian reactions on those false assumptions.

The BBC source was pretty random, just a statement of information about a helicopter that was downed. I dont go to them for their "in depth analysis" or "the facts from a human perspective" or whatever silly buzzwords they use to try to mask their yellow journalism flavoured entertainment network.
