Quebec Resident
Go figure,
http://recherche2.gouv.qc.ca/query.html ... q=resident
The Quebec Government "english" web site is barely up, every page you try tells you "page down."
So my question, and pardon my intrusion good Quebecer's,
Is it possible for a Canadian Citizen to get Quebec residency?
Secondly do you have two types(or more) of residency in quebec? I only ask because the Quebec Gov't web page has,
"living in Quebec"
and
"living in Montreal"
*woohoo it worked, I'll investigate further*
But if you could answer my question, assuming I can't find the said information, summary of questions,
Does Quebec have types of permanent residency?
are they exclusive and not attainable by others?
How do I go about getting said recidency?
Thanks

I don't know where you got your info but you don't need any special provincial paper to live, travel or died in Québec. But you will more than likely need to speak french to work over here as we need to speak white to work in the rest of Canada.
Bonne chance...

Quebec residency
As a Canadian, you are per default a Quebec resident if you have been livingin Quebec for more than 6 months, have made your changes of adresses upon your drivers licence, your health insurance program, and your tax reports, etc...
There is no such thing as a Quebec residency otherwise, as any Canadian is allowed to work anywhere in the country.

Hope the MEQ thinks that way too..
Peoples theories on getting a Degree, and hey, if you can get a degree for 1/10th the cost in Quebec, might as well jump ship, n'est pas?
Thank you.
