I realize those are all the 705 operators. I was just posting those which i thought had a realistic shot of winning. In the case of 703 or 704 operators the list is far too big to post. If there's a few from that list that you feel should be mentioned I'd be more than happy to make some additions.

Please add West Wind Aviation to the 705 operators. Lots of their pilots tend to stick around for a long time.

Funny how Skyservice is at 0, its by far in the top best paying jobs in Canada if not the best including summer deployments, with 1st year FO's with the potential to make well over 100k. Hell with the starting pay at 60k+ with year over year increases of $7000+ and the UK deployments paying 90 pounds perdiem a day with up to a 6 month bid, housing, car, phone, family travel every 6 weeks, internet paid and free golf and gym as well. You do the math thats almost $6000 a month in tax free per diem alone with only food to buy never mind the regular pay. Add a GDO day here and there at time plus .5 and well you get the idea. Sure adds up fast and yes we are hiring.

how the hell do I vote when I've only worked for a couple of the choices? How does anyone vote on who's best when they can't even compare the choices?

you can vote on your impression of work conditions, salary, benefits. you can vote from your experience travelling on them. you can vote based on what you've heard from friends who work there.

CD: You posted 20 different companies. The sum of the votes recived by all of those 20 companies wouldn't have placed in the top 3. I stand by my decision. If you had posted 1 or 2 suggestions I would have added them.

OK, so we have established that 36% work for AC, 23% work for WJ and so on. This is a bullshit poll. Why would anyone vote for a company other than the one they work for.
