Toronto ACC ATC, does the North Bay HI sector operate as a "stand alone" sector? I am tuning in now on 121,22 and hears one combined hand-off to the Picton sector on 124,67. Does it also combine with Barrie sector on 134,57 during off-peak times? And during peak times, I assume North Bay HI splits from Picton and works alone.

121.22 is "Killaloe" sector. It will be separate/stand alone during mid day, partially combined morning and late evening, combined with all 3 on midnights.
