My in person interview is on January 17th.
Any tips and pointers would also be greatly appreciated.
- Learn what Nav Canada does outside of the position you are applying for. Also, make sure you really know what you're getting into. If they ask you to explain what you think the job is and what the training will be like, you shouldn't be improvising your response.
- Get a list of behavioral interview questions, and prepare answers to as many of them as you can. Practice in front a friend, family, or a mirror. Although they might not ask the same questions, it's a good place to start and help you keep your answers cohesive.
P.S. Google and Youtube are your friends! Shouldn't have any trouble finding generic, easy to apply interview pointers and interesting tidbits about Nav Canada!
