This was the icing/turb GFA for 1200z on feb 17... I've never seen this before...

The forecasters at Environment Canada (Centre/East) evacuated their work area. I never did hear about the reason why today. But since they weren't around to work on the GFA's it went out like that today. Other products would have been delayed and/or missing as well.
