$55

Post by cyyz »

Okay, Controllers, I need a "feel good answer," we pay $55/yr for our "medicals/AIP/renewals/whatever excuse" TC can come up with....

Do you controllers get the same fee? And let me guess NavCan pays for it anyways?

Controllers are not charged the "charge for processing of medical certificate". Nav Canada reimburses the cost of the medical and associated tests.

But that is only a class 2 medical. If you are a controller and receive a class one you have to pay for the processing fee on your own.

Not if I renew my class one at the same time. The doctor takes care of both on the same bill...

Yes cause it is the same exam, but you are now on the hook for the processing fee with transport and navcanada will not pay it.
