Who's all waiting for a training offer?

So the Wednesday Toronto ACC tour was pretty sweet. Now we just sit back and wait for a new training course to start...
We were told at the tour that the most recent VFR training class had just wrapped up (the day before the tour, actually). I'd heard that there was a VFR class starting in November and another one in the spring sometime around March/April. I tried calling the national recruitment line and they couldn't confirm anything, though the person on the line seemed to think that a Toronto VFR class in March seemed likely.
So...given that medicals and background checks take time to perform, getting scheduled for the November class (if it exists) seems to be out of the question. I guess we're going to have to wait until the spring.
So, who else is waiting? How big do you think the pool of candidates is? I'm really hoping it is limited to just the group I was in Wednesday plus the Thursday tour group. That would make it about 12 people total for both VFR and IFR, so about 6 each...if that's the total pool, it would be awesome. I'm really hoping they wouldn't bother to give a 3 hour tour unless they were actually planning on using us
