A couple of years ago I did the aptitude testing, interview, and was offered a course spot however had to decline due to personal reasons. I understand this won't "look good" but am wondering how poorly this may reflect, if really at all? Due to personal reasons, I was unable to relocate at that time, and am interested in re-pursuing a career in ATC. Also, I assume I would, however, would I have to rewrite the aptitude tests and re-interview?
Thanks.

Hi,
You will have to re-write the tests and re-do the interviews, the process for recruiting has changed since your application.
Also I don't think it will look bad that you didn't accept the course for personal reasons whatever they may be. Give 'er a go!

Re: Past Applicants...
I wrote in 1999 and got accepted to IFR, but I wanted to be a pilot, so I went and worked did my CPL done in 2004, started looking into flying for a living, and we all remember those times. So 6 months later in October I wrote again with NavCanada, accepted again, now been with NavCan since 2005
