YEG arrival thanks

Just wanted to pass on a thanks to the arrival controller last night into yeg its great when you get a chance to tell us a little about what happens on your side of the radio if anyone know who it was and could pass on a thanks that would be great.

ps i know this has been asked before but how do you go about getting a tour of the acc?
