Sitting in the Sim today, we were cleared for the ILS16 @CYCD. It's clearly marked on the current Terminal Area Chart, and in the current Jepp set, and in the CFS, but it's not in the CAP.
Why is that? Did 'they' simply forget a page, or is there another reason?
Nanaimo (CYCD) ILS??

It doesn't meet TERPs missed approach terrain clearance criteria. It is in the RCAP and the while it is in the JEPP plates I am sure there is a note on the JEPP plate indicating it is a restricted approach.
