King Air 90 Captain - CALGARY

Northern Air is looking to hire a King Air 90 Captain to fill a vacancy with our team in Calgary. Northern Air is a provider of Scheduled and Charter flights as well as Bariatric and Air Ambulance services. We are a progressive company with a heavy emphasis on teamwork and innovation. Please see below for minimum requirements and required duties. (Captain candidates must have a minimum of 1200hrs TT)

Job Purpose:
The Captain serves Northern Air Charter and it's customers by working professionally in a team environment ensuring customer safety and satisfaction and assists the Chief Pilot in complying with Company requirements and Canadian regulations.
Duties:
 Responsible for all duties as described in the COM and SOP manual
 Towing aircraft, fueling, and assisting ground services personnel
 Aircraft cleaning interior and exterior
 Perform check-in, baggage handling and cargo manifests
 Assist other business units as required
 Attendance and participation in ground and flight training programs, safety programs and pilot/staff meetings
 Available by telephone during shift
 Carry out Captain flight duties as assigned by the Flight Operations Department
 Consistently demonstrate a can-do attitude by focusing on exceeding customer needs
 Any other tasks as requested by the Chief Pilot
Skills/Qualifications:
 Successful completion of all Company and Transport Canada Exams required for the Captains position
 Highly motivated and detail oriented with a focus on safety and customer service
 Valid CPL, (or ATPL as required) Category 1 Medical, passport, driver’s license
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 1200hrs Total Time
Job Experience:
 Previous experience in a Charter or Scheduled Airline Service or equivalent

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with time on type

Schedule:
Full time, salaried position, 2 weeks on 1 week off
