We are currently accepting applications for QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER.
Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, the Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager include, but are not limited to;
Responsible for the ongoing functions of the company Quality Assurance Program (QAP) and Safety Management System (SMS),
Perform internal and external quality assurance audits in accordance with the applicable company quality assurance manuals,
Participate in the development and implementation of company policies, procedures and amendments to the associated company publications,
Responsible for the preparation and control of the various company Maintenance Schedule Approvals.
Applicants must, as a minimum;
Possess a thorough knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations,
Possess a thorough knowledge of the day to day functions of a Transport Canada AMO and CAR 703/704 AOC,
Have strong organizational skills,
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills,
Have a good working knowledge of MS Office programs, and computerized maintenance programs.
Be willing to work to work flexible hours as required, and
Be willing to travel as required.
Preference will be given to those applicants with previous quality assurance, SMS and aviation management experience.
