Job Description
Morgan Aviation Structures Inc, We are seeking a knowledgeable, hard-working, trustworthy and experienced individual to take an active role in our day to day maintenance activities on Cessna’s, Piper’s and other small aircrafts.

Primary Responsibilities
The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer position is primarily responsible for:
• Conducting planned and unplanned maintenance procedures on our fleet of aircraft in accordance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations and company procedures, including but not limited to:
o Perform and document inspection of engines, structural, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
o Troubleshoot structural, mechanical, hydraulic and engines to identify and repair defects
o Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, manuals, instructions, etc.
o Repairs and general maintenance, including sheet metal and structures
o Inspecting, servicing and maintaining spare parts inventory
• Assisting with the general maintenance and servicing of hangar equipment and facilities
• Maintaining an organized, clean and safe hangar environment

Qualifications and Desired Attributes
• Canadian AME-M1 licence
• Experience working with single and multi engine aircraft
• Experience working with sheet metal / structures a strong asset
• Must be competent and efficient at working either in a team or independently without direct supervision

Wage: Commensurate with experience, Starting at $28 Per hour
Schedule: Permanent full-time, on-call weekend (if required)
