Minaki Aircraft Repair Service is a well established Transport Canada Approved "Aircraft Maintenance Organization", anchored in Canadian Aviation history. Our defined spirit creates a unique and personal work environment for our staff with excellent growth potential. We provide maintenance services for various external clients. MARS Ltd. is currently recruiting 1 full time M1 Engineer & 1 full time AME Apprentice.
The newer Hanger has Heated floors with its own private runway is situated in the beautiful area of Minaki just 30 minutes north of "Lake of the Woods" Kenora on Highway 596, Ontario. We currently offer above average wages and great work hours "Monday through Friday 8:00 – 4:30". Benefit package Is Available.

Responsibilities
• Conduct maintenance " Planned and unplanned " on our Client aircraft or aircraft components in accordance with the applicable
standards of airworthiness
• Troubleshoot faulty systems
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all required paperwork
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and daily inspection of the Client Aircraft as detailed in the Maintenance Policy Manual
• Maintaining an organized, clean and safe hangar environment
• May perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements: AME M1
• Minimum 1 year of licensed AME experience.
• Possess Transport Canada AME License M1 and or S
• Experience, preferably working with DHC2, DHC-3T-TPE331, Cessna 180,185,206, 208 (PT6)
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills
• Proven observational, decision-making and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven leadership skills
• Must hold a valid passport and driver's license
• Experience working with sheet metal
• Must be competent and efficient at working either in a team or independently without direct supervision

Requirements: AME Apprentice
• Experience, preferably working with DHC2, DHC-3T-TPE331, Cessna 180,185,206, 208 (PT6)
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
