Safety is our number one priority and is ingrained in our company culture. Pilot training is conducted by the aircraft manufacturer. LAS has an established SMS, a second to none maintenance department and on-going online training. We provide the tools for you to get the job done safely, efficiently and with the best outcome for our clients.
Our employees receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes loss of license insurance, extended healthcare, dental, short and long term disability insurance and a group RRSP. Our pilots are all on a set schedule which occasionally requires flexibility but allows employees to plan ahead with confidence. Overtime is paid when a day off is lost. With rare exception, advancement from right to left seat and onto other aircraft types is from within.
In order to be considered, you must have the following:
Valid Canadian Passport
A valid Canadian Air Transport License
500 MPIC on turbine aircraft
Excellent customer service skills
If you meet these requirements and are looking to become part of a cohesive professional organization, you are encouraged to send a resume and cover letter to our Chief Pilot Curtis Murphy at: CMurphy@londonair.com
