Air Ivanhoe is based out of Foleyet, Ontario (Ivanhoe Lake) - Northeastern Ontario, Canada

We're looking for a few good people to join our team.

We would be interested in hiring folks anywhere from an introductory commercial license to experienced guys with several seasons already on a floatplane with "bush" problem solving skills.

We take care of accommodations for our folks from out of town here in Foleyet at no cost. Wages would be anywhere from $17 - $25 / hour depending on your skills, experience, hours, etc.

DHC-2 Beaver PIC- 800 hours / 400 on floats
C-180 on floats PIC - 400 hours / 100 on floats

Dual time on both - commercial license to build up your hours / experience.

Please email us a resume if you would like to join our team as a "bush pilot". If you only want to fly a plane - and never want to anything but fly the plane - go be a flight instructor or work for the airlines. Please do not apply.

If you want to and have the ability to actually trouble shoot, repair, diagnose, "bush craft", AND also safely fly the plane into some of the most extreme and exciting environments, please send us a resume. Basic handyman type skills in carpentry, plumbing, electric, mechanical and the ability to pick up more of these skills quickly is essential - you will be required to "fix" things spontaneously in remote locations.

Our season runs now until late October - we would want you to stay onboard with us until November 1.
