Background:

Chartright Air Group is a leading provider of Business Aviation services in Canada with its head office located at Toronto’s Lester B. Pearson International Airport. Subsidiary base locations include Chatham, Calgary and Vancouver. All bases provide aircraft management and aircraft charter services to a distinguished clientele group. Chartright is a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) licensed to maintain a wide variety of aircraft.

Chartright is looking for a qualified AME to fill the role of Production Manager (PM). The PM is responsible to the Director of Maintenance for the following:

Duties:
• To ensure the service and repair of any aircraft and or components for which the Company holds ratings is carried out in accordance with the applicable standard of airworthiness
• Daily review, update, and ensuring accuracy of applicable aircraft maintenance tracking systems (i.e.
• CAMP, CMP, Traxxall, etc)
• Daily review and update of Maintenance Status board
• Initiate tracking of recurring defects via the Maintenance Status board
• Manage and coordinate all planned/unplanned maintenance activities
• Scheduling of maintenance, elementary maintenance, and servicing to be performed within the time constraints specified in the Maintenance Schedule Approvals
• Review task driven maintenance packages for submission to Production Manager - Resources
• Liaise with QA to ensure compliance with ADs and other special inspections, including service bulletins, are accomplished within the required time period
• Liaise with Procurement Department to ensure order accuracy and timely disposition of parts and materials
• Provide developmental leadership to maintenance staff
• Provide labour support on the hangar floor as required
• Actively participate in the Quality Assurance Corrective Action Plans (CAP)
• Other duties as assigned by DOM

• Successful relationships with authorities, clients, suppliers & staff

Qualifications:

• Valid Transport Canada issued M2 license
• 10+ years of aircraft maintenance
