As a Crew Chief and a fully qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you are a front line leader with a proven technical background. You are just as comfortable supervising a crew performing aircraft maintenance as you are performing the same tasks as a competent AME.

What are we looking for?
Significant supervisory experience to inspire a coaching atmosphere while creating and maintaining a positive work environment.

Skills to communicate, communicate, and communicate some more to update crews, keep schedules moving smoothly and management informed. You can do this both verbally and in writing.

A passion for SAFETY with a commitment to set an example for other employees to follow.

Demonstrated technical abilities for the equipment we utilize.

Our Requirements
• M1 or M1/M2 an asset
• B300 experience or B300 course an asset
• Working knowledge of our types of aircraft
• Working knowledge of Transport Canada regulations, as applicable
• Willing to take initiative to make personal and organizational improvements
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Internet
