Chartright Air Group is a leading provider of Business Aviation services in Canada. Operating a large fleet of jets to destinations around the world, the Chartright customer service philosophy is founded on the provision of safe, available, and effective air transportation.

Because of Chartright’s continuous growth we have an opportunity for a Charter Sales and Service Representative.

The Charter Sales & Service Representative will interact with new and existing clients for the purpose of providing aircraft and route information as well as trip quotations. The Charter Sales & Service Representative will be expected to display a strong sales demeanor and the ability to convert trip inquiries into revenue generating flights. Post-flight administrative duties will include summarizing paperwork and performing client satisfaction surveys. The Charter Sales & Service Representative will report to the Charter Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Collect and input trip information from customers
• Analyze customer needs and match these needs to aircraft capabilities, conferring with Operations where necessary
• Prepare and deliver quotations to customers
• Attempt to convert open-quotes into confirmed flights
• Collect and update passenger preferences
• Interact with Operations to optimize fleet utilization
• Review and approve post-flight paperwork destined for Accounting
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
• Procure and source the best sub-charter options available
• Such other duties as assigned by the Charter Sales Manager and the Director of Sales & Marketing

Accountable for:
• Accuracy in customer communication
• Timely & consistent responses to customer requests
• Adherence to published company protocol
• Timely completion of administrative duties

Working Hours:
• 40 Hours per week rotating schedule
• Occasional after-hours access by telephone and laptop

Remuneration:
• Base Salary plus incentive pay
• Standard company benefits
