Its a gentex. There should be a tag under the styrofoam liner. Sph-5 i think. Not worth much used and even less if it's ex military.

I think it is a Gentex as well. My vote is that it is an SPH-4 due to age and webbing. It does not appear to have ANR. The resale value is going to be dependent on the material. New, you can pick a Kevlar SPH-4 up for about $950. I would think if it is fibre glass you could still easily get $500 for it, and if it's kevlar you wouldn't have an issue selling it for about $750. I wouldn't go much less than those prices as that would be my bottom line. It's a popular helmet due to it being one of the most inexpensive ones. Lot of guys like the webbing because it "cooler". I personally hate it because it's a sloppy fit. No doubt it will sell easy on the CAAA classifieds, or Van's Air Force Forum. RV guys love their helmets
