Imagine what they could set the training bond at!! Let's see, fuel, insurance, the salary for the other 2 guys in the aircraft, owwp yep, the controller's wage for the day, maybe some of the airport personnel, yep and that aircraft could have been flying trips, so we're going to ding you for that too, wear and tear on the aircraft, those brakes sure got hot, those tires were sure busy...Then you treat the guy so crappy that he wants to leave!
